Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspections Services

HOM, Inc. contracts with the Arizona Department of Housing to perform initial and annual Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections of dwelling units in their Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Programs in Yavapai County.  This program has approximately 100 vouchers.

HOM, Inc. also contracts with the City of Phoenix Housing Department to perform initial Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections of dwelling units being purchased by low and moderate income home buyers with down payment and closing cost assistance from the City of Phoenix.

HOM, Inc. also contracts with the City of Phoenix Human Services Department to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections required for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program (HPRP).
