Eskesha has been part of the HOM, Inc. team since September 2005. Eskesha's responsibilities include assisting clients with initial move-in, unit transfers, annual recertifications and other housing needs.

Although still relatively new to the housing industry, she is no stranger to working with individuals with special needs. Her social work experience began in 2000 working as a probation counselor for juvenile criminal offenders in a locked detention facility in California.

She has also worked with Law Enforcement serving both Contra Costa and Marin Counties in California as a Victim Advocate, advocating for those without a voice in regards to victims of crime, domestic violence and sexual assault.

Eskesha has had many years of experience in working with community-based organizations in which she referred individuals to wrap around services that included housing assistance, therapy, and money management services.

Eskesha is looking forward to serving the community and growing with the company. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
