Glenda joined the HOM, Inc. family in February 2005. She is the voice of the front desk. She greets customers and directs issues and concerns to the appropriate staff at the office. During initial and annual certification appointments, Glenda will present participants with required paperwork and answer general questions.
Glenda has been in customer service for many years. She worked as a Clerk in the Maricopa County School Superintendent’s office, taught pre-school and worked as a school secretary. Glenda worked in the banking industry as a phone associate, call center manager, and Senior Manager in the embossing department of the bank. Glenda also worked as a sales associate at a computer company, providing support to sales staff and customers.
Glenda is a native Arizonan, as is her husband and children. She loves exploring antique shops, being a Grandmother, visiting with family and friends, and walking.
