Glenda joined the HOM, Inc. family in February 2005. She is the voice of the front desk. Her duties consist of greeting visitors and clients, directing issues and concerns to appropriate staff members, assisting with housing program eligibility and recertification processes and answering general questions.
Glenda has been in customer service for many years. She worked for the Maricopa County School Superintendent’s office, Bank of America, Avnet and taught pre-school. Glenda is an avid supporter of community initiatives for vulnerable populations; participating in Arizona NAMI Walks, the annual Point-in-Time Homeless Street Counts, Project H3 Survey Week, and others. She also provides administrative support to the Arizona Coalition to End Homelessness, co-located at the HOM, Inc., office.
Glenda is a native Arizonan, as is her husband and children. She loves being a Grandmother, walking and spending time with family and friends.
