Hearing Officer Services
HOM, Inc. provides hearing officer services for housing programs requiring informal hearings and reviews for appeals of eligibility determinations and program terminations. This service requires that HOM, Inc. have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of federal rules and regulations governing low-income housing programs, the administrative policies of the various housing programs, fair housing laws and the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
