Joe started at HOM, Inc. in April 1999. Joe started as our Administrative Assistant and moved to the position of Occupancy Clerk shortly thereafter. Joe spent four years in the Occupancy Clerk position where she honed her skills in working with program participants and landlords concerning lease renewals, telephone service and other aspects of the program. In 2005, Joe accepted the challenge of the Housing Specialist position.

Joe’s responsibilities include assisting clients with initial move-in, unit transfers, annual recertifications and other housing needs.

Joe was born in Crockett, Texas, but has lived in Arizona for the past 50 years. She volunteers for the First Food Bank Organization and the American Diabetes Association. She is an avid reader; she loves to cook in her spare time and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
