Mark joined our team in October 2007 as a certified Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspector. Mark’s primary duties include conducting initial HQS Inspections for new move-ins, annual HQS Inspections, move-out inspections, and special HQS Inspections when necessary. Mark also performs home visits for new participants within their first three months of the program.

Mark understands that housing conditions can impact an individual’s well-being; therefore Mark’s top priority is to ensure that each participant’s housing conditions are decent, safe, and sanitary. Mark strives to provide accurate inspections and accurate reporting of inspections results in a timely and professional manner.
