Tabitha joined the HOM, Inc. team in April 2008 as Housing Inspections Coordinator. In February 2009, excited about her newest challenge, she made the transition to a Housing Specialist. As a Housing Specialist, her responsibilities include assisting clients with initial move-in, unit transfers, annual recertifications and other housing needs.

Although still fairly new to HOM, Inc. Tabitha brings with her 11 years experience in property management, residential leasing, public housing, and residential sales. She has a vast knowledge in the field from holding positions as a Leasing/Sales Agent, Property Manager, and Director of Sales. While working as a property manager, Tabitha was able to gain experience with landlord/tenant relationships and with Arizona landlord/tenant law and furthered her knowledge by obtaining her Arizona Real Estate License, thus expanding her career beyond Property Management into Residential Property Sales.

Tabitha is a native of Arizona and actually prefers the “dry heat.” She loves spending quality time with her two children, family and friends. She enjoys watching and participating in various sports, outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hiking, and traveling. She also loves cooking, is an avid reader, enjoys creative writing, photography, and is a big movie buff.

Tabitha is excited to have entered a new direction in her career with a company that encompasses the success, values, and goals she genuinely believes in. Tabitha feels her experience combined with HOM, Inc.’s mission statement will be a comfortable and vibrant fit. She is looking forward to serving the community and growing with the company.
