Trevor joined HOM, Inc., in February of 2014 as a temporary part-time employee. He was hired full-time in July 2014, where he assumed the role of Program Support Specialist. His responsibilities included scheduling HQS inspections, conducting internal quality control file audits, lease renewal processing, distributing start-up materials, and executing any other special jobs assigned to him. In November 2017, he assumed the role of Owner Support Supervisor, where he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Owner Support administrative staff and HQS Inspections.

Trevor moved to Arizona in 2009. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multicultural Relations, a comprehensive study of Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, and Anthropology.

Additionally, he brings attributes from his experience in the non-profit sector and high-end hospitality. He previously performed duties as Instructor and Coordinator for an internationally recognized employment training program, which provides high school students and young adults with significant disabilities quality internships for hands-on training and career exploration. Additionally, his experience with high-end hospitality on the beaches of Northwest Florida has instilled strong principles of customer service and a passionate service-first attitude.
Fun Facts: In 2009, Trevor spent six months thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail, which spans the east coast of the U.S. from Georgia to Maine and encompasses nearly 2200 miles. He also lived in Nanjing, China, during the Fall of 2010, where he studied and received a Certificate in International and Intercultural Communication. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, watching and attending sporting events, and spending time with his amazing family.
