Carlos Gonzalez is a senior housing and social services executive with nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, affordable housing development, and homeless services. Prior to his current role, he served as CEO of Homes 4 Families, leading a $6 million organization focused on homeownership and supportive services for low-income veterans and families. Carlos previously served as COO at A Community of Friends, where he managed a $14 million budget and supported the development of nearly 600 units of permanent supportive housing across Southern California. Earlier in his career, Carlos spent more than 13 years at PATH (People Assisting the Homeless), helping scale the organization statewide and launching the Veterans Connections department, which housed over 1,500 veterans annually.
