The Selection Process

The Top Companies to Work for in Arizona award is determined through a rigorous process that combines anonymous employee surveys — measuring corporate culture, work environment, leadership, training and development opportunities, salary and benefits, and overall employee satisfaction — with comprehensive evaluations of workplace practices, policies, perks, and demographics.

Our Results 

Over the past 5 years, HOM has consistently achieved high favorable employee survey scores. In 2025, our overall survey results averaged an impressive 90%, with employee engagement reaching 92%, nearly three times the national average of 33%, as reported by Gallup. This remarkable performance reflects the trust, passion, and pride our employees bring to their work every day.
