We are proud to partner with A New Leaf Cottages to bring 18 new units of permanent supportive housing to Mesa in Desert Leaf Apartments.  This project was made possible through a unique regional collaboration between the cities of Phoenix and Mesa.

Permanent supportive housing is an innovative and proven solution that combines affordable housing with services that help people who face the most complex challenges to live with stability, autonomy and dignity (Corporation for Supportive Housing).

Funding from the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and Magellan Health Services of Arizona made the acquisition and rehabilitation of this property possible.  HOM provided development and project management services for the project and will be the property management agent ongoing.  Marc Community Resources will also provide an array of supportive services to the residents at the property.

Applicants must be at or below 50% of area median income and be homeless as defined by HUD to qualify for residency at the property.
